We start by cataloguing all current/existing signage and do a full audit of your building – including photography – of every door, window, department or entrance opportunity to discover where you can profitably offer and add donor recognition.
We can also assist with new facility construction by analyzing your floorplans to determine the number and quality of opportunities you can offer in a capital campaign and beyond. Our audits include a custom matrix to give insight into the value of each of these opportunities to your current and potential donors. The result of the audit is a master set of inventory spreadsheets showing location and suggested values. These include one set by floor and department and a second divided into giving levels /dollar values. This gives your staff a quick guide to matching a donor request with a recognition opportunity. We also include a full report that reviews problems, opportunities and provides recommendations.
The length of our Audits depends on the size of the facility and the scope of the audit. Even with large facilities the process can take between 3 to 6 months from beginning to end. A recognition audit can uncover millions of dollars in unseen revenue.
