Deeply experienced in both the corporate and charitable business sectors in consultation, design, strategic planning, communications, integrated digital media, Deborah has presented on the topic of donor recognition at national conferences. A member of Society for Environmental Graphic Design and Association of Fundraising Professionals. Deborah’s well-honed analytic, strategic, creative, management and people skills gives her the ability to quickly assess situations and respond with valuable, practical, creative and sustainable solutions.

Moni Harrison

Operations and Production Manager

Moni is responsible for production and office management including meetings, schedules, budgets and project oversight. With excellent communication and customer

Erin Strickland

Art Director

Erin has over 20 years of experience in designing integrated donor recognition systems and displays. Erin graduated from Durham College in 2003 and is an award-winning talented designer and illustrator. Erin brings to the team great creative, production and organizational skills.

Steve McVeigh

Senior Designer

With a diverse portfolio ranging from illustration to product design for prestigious clients like Disney to an extensive focus on Donor Recognition over the past 25 years, Steve’s career evolved to reflect his personal commitment to develop meaningful designs with a collaborative approach. Passionate and inventive, his experiences in Donor Recognition Design, Product Design, and Graphic Design have called for a diverse range of talents that took him from the drafting table to the installation site.

Mark Burgess

Manager, Digital, Marketing and Communications

In fundraising Mark has worked on Annual, Seasonal, Equipment and Capital Campaigns in

Healthcare, Education, the Arts and Social Causes. His work has included Visioning, Feasibility Studies, writing Cases for Support as well as

marketing and media materials, and ultimately strategic planning.


Mark was mentored by one of Canada’s leading fundraising professionals, and it was this

experience that drew him back into the world of philanthropy from his recent management

roles in the Canadian wine industry.
